## A bedroom and a mezzanine

The private bedroom has one queen-size bed. The mezzanine can be arranged with three king-size mattresses; the host normally sets out two for groups of six. If your group needs the third mattress, please leave a note in advance. The listing maximum is eight overnight guests.

- **Quiet evenings** — Quiet hours are 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties, events or commercial photography or filming.
- **Pets and smoking** — One guest pet is allowed. Resident pets live on the property; ask before feeding them. Smoking and vaping are permitted.
- **Checkout** — Lock up and let the host know your checkout time. Early arrival and late checkout depend on adjacent bookings and can only be confirmed that morning.
- **Late checkout fee** — The host lists a late-checkout fee of 300,000 VND per hour.
- **Garden setting** — Bring insect repellent and suitable clothing for mosquitoes and other garden insects.
- **Safety disclosures** — Exterior cameras cover garden entrances. Smoke and carbon-monoxide alarms have not been reported by the host.
