Quiet evenings

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties, events or commercial photography or filming.

Pets and smoking

One guest pet is allowed. Resident pets live on the property; ask before feeding them. Smoking and vaping are permitted.

Checkout

Lock up and let the host know your checkout time. Early arrival and late checkout depend on adjacent bookings and can only be confirmed that morning.

Late checkout fee

The host lists a late-checkout fee of 300,000 VND per hour.

Garden setting

Bring insect repellent and suitable clothing for mosquitoes and other garden insects.
